How It Works?

5-Session Holistic Weight Loss Coaching ($790)

My 5-session (6.5 hour) coaching package is designed to help you move into the next chapter of your life for a personalized, whole-life approach. Each session builds upon the last, ensuring a smooth and transformative journey toward lasting wellness. I truly enjoy connecting in person—especially for our first session—but your comfort and schedule come first. Whether we meet face-to-face or over Zoom, both options are available to support what works best for you.

Session 1: ‘Talk It Out’ – Understanding Your Weight Loss Challenges (2.5 hours)

  • A deep-dive conversation to explore your personal weight loss struggles, past experiences, and emotional connections with food.
  • Identification of obstacles, triggers, and limiting beliefs that may be hindering your progress.
  • Wrap up your session by receiving a 7-day starter kit, which includes nourishing essentials like Matcha, Probiotics & a Protein blend, for a 7-day intermittent fasting guide to kick start your journey.

Session 2: Smart Eating & Food Knowledge (1 hour)

  • Education on mindful grocery shopping—how to read labels, choose the right foods, and plan meals effectively.
  • Dining out strategies to help you make healthier choices without feeling restricted.
  • You'll receive a Food Journal with guided questions to help track your progress, emotions, and relationship with food. This will help us analyze what eating styles work best for you.

Session 3: Movement & Hydration (1 hour)

  • Receive a Fact Sheet & Newsletter on the importance of hydration and how it affects fat cells & energy.
  • Discussion on enjoyable, consistent physical activity that aligns with your energy levels and preferences.
  • We'll discuss your natural energy patterns to determine the best time for eating, exercising, and self-care.

Session 4: Win Your Weight Loss Journey with Pie! (1 hour)

  • Start the creation of your customized Holistic Pie Chart with holistic strategies to optimize Connection, Moving Naturally, Eating Wisely, & your Outlook.
  • Holistic strategies to optimize energy throughout the day, including sleep, hydration, and stress management.
  • Receive your own deck of Affirmation Cards. These cards will keep you going and remind you to replace negative thoughts with positive ones.

Session 5: Full Integration – Your Personalized Wellness Blueprint (1 hour)

  • A deep review of all previous sessions to refine and integrate your new lifestyle habits.
  • During this session you'll receive a printout of your customized Holistic Pie Chart. This chart consists of mindset, daily rituals, food choices, movement, & self-care. Understanding your pie chart and how it (and you) may change as your journey continues.
  • Re-Framing failure with a session to ensure you feel empowered and prepared for lasting change.

At the end of Session 5, you have the options to:

Goal Weight Phase ($225/mo)

Reach your goal weight with a month-to-month plan. We will either meet for 2 1-hour sessions or 4 1/2-hour sessions per month. SOS texts to me are included for any unexpected challenges you come across.

Healthy Habit Society ($49/mo)

Join our support group! For those of you that have already achieved your ideal weight and would like to maintain it. We meet once a month on a 1-hour Zoom. You'll be able to make new friends and receive invites to our local group activities.

Add-On Session ($90)

There are times when a small nudge is all it takes. One focused hour can help you realign, recharge, and recommit to caring for yourself.
